One-of-a-kind revolutionary retail destination in the newest landmark complex of Hong Kong.

Background

Rising from the southern tip of the Kowloon Peninsula, New World Centre Development became one of the tallest building in Tsim Sha Tsui district upon completion.

In addition to the tower with hotel and office space, The podium houses K11 New World Centre which will be the Asia’s premier retail destination. The mall consists of six floors of luxury brands, gallery, cinemas and restaurants. Both exterior and interior design of the podium reflect the concept of the journey through surrounding landscape of waterfront and greenery. Inside the mall, pedestrians will travel from the meandering river of luxury retails to the terrace featuring fine dining space at the top floor. The destination creates a vibrant community highlighting K11’s brand goals of the first-class shopping experience combining art and nature on the most prominent waterfront location.

Retail Concept

A River Journey - extends the overall building concept of a peak perched at the edge of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. Inside the retail center, pedestrians will journey from the delta of luxury retail to its meandering river - of more village-like retail - up through terraces of fine dining to the river’s summit, or source - a large and active podium terrace filled with restaurants fronting natural hills and meadows.

K11 Musea provides unique experiences for locals and vistors from the far corners of ther world. The journey creates a series of varied urban and retail experiences: unprecedented luxury fashion and cosmetics; innovative fashion-forward stores for a younger hipper crowd; convenience retail for everyday shoppers; indoor-outdoor F&B with stunning views; and entertainment and art that create a vibrant community highlighting K11’s brand goals of art, people, and nature.
